Our panel of experts span the video spectrum from filming DV in home studios with green-screens to filming live events in multi-camera HD with 5.1 surround sound.
Ethan Winer is a master of green-screen in home-studio DV productions, accomplished Vegas editor, and internet download sensation with over 1/2 million downloads with his Cello Rondo. And now Ethan is on track to do it again with his increasingly popular Tele-Vision - his second DV green-screen video production as a one-man virtual band (e.g., over 40 different Ethan's appear on stage in Tele-Vision).
Mark Weiss brings us to the bleeding edge of state-of-the-art video production with his expertise. Consider the current symphony of clips in his portfolio. It features world class musicians, recorded in 5.1 surround sound, which Mark captured by flying mics in the ceiling over the stage with aircraft cable. Mark shot the video with three HD cameras, then finished the DVD with impressive MAYA effects and animated menus sprinkled into the final production - one beautifully finished DVD that would make even legendary Boston conductors like Arthur Fiedler blush with pride and satisfaction.
And then there are the four leggeds who are going to benefit from our collective event energy and combined video enthusiasms.
DAWS is looking to bring their pet adoption to social media and web 2.0 technology. Placing a picture and blurb in the paper or in a flyer just doesn't do justice to the animal's complete spirit and nature. To see them in training or playing with children are elements that can be captured in video and placed on the web to help prospective families get to their new next best friend sooner.
This is where you come in - we have an exciting Hollywood line-up of audience-driven Living Case Study participation that puts you in the director's chair to help script pet adoption success, but to be continued in this dept ...
March 27th is an informal and relaxed evening, but one that is high-powered with content and connections. We hope you can join us and learn first hand what it takes to create winning videos - videos that rock your customers, fans and favorite paws! - Who Should Attend: Anyone with a vision in mind, film in the can, tracks to edit, videos to score, or live events they'd like to record in HD ... Those who are animal friendly ... Those looking to better understand the video industry's business landscape ... Those interested in sharpening video production skills ... Those looking to extend networks within the trade ... Video enthusiasts interested in experiencing the film making process ... Parents with teens with video interest and talents seeking professional exposure ... Of course, all are welcome!
