Fast Two Step Process:

• Frist - enter your event information (e.g., date, time, location, title, description, url) and pick the calendar you want your event to appear in (e.g., Business, Food - Beverage, Music - Entertainment - Film, Social, Teleconferences, Other)
  
  
• Proceed to the next page to confirm your information then voila - event listing completed
  
  
• Event listings are reviewed (prevents spam) then added to our calendar during weekly updates
  
  
• Best to prepare your event info off-line in your favorite word processor then when you are ready, come back to this form and cut'n paste your info into the event fields - sorry no graphics or attachments at this time
  
  
• To list multiple events, just include the additional event(s) and corresponding information in the comment field
  
  
• Notes: Only one event listing per event (e.g., if somebody already entered information about Event XYZ on Date ABC, we will not double add it to our calendar if a second or third person submits the same event info) and we reserve the right not to publish listings per our Site Terms

Chuck is the founder of CoolTea and since the late 1990s has hosted hundreds of business networking events that have attracted thousands of attendees.

One of Chuck's favorite locations for hosting CoolTea Talks - panel discussions featuring experts - has been the VFW 399 in Westport Connecticut - which had been home to the prior Connecticut New Media Association before being merged with CoolTea.
