I remember the Guiding Eyes Canine Development Center in the late 1980s when it was just a small house with various puppy pens/runs tucked off to side. Today, thanks to herculean Lions Club fundraising efforts and the Conrad Hilton Foundation, GEB has a state of the art puppy campus.

This scene is from inside on the lower level where the pups showed off their Halloween Costumes, engaged in some puppy development skills, then their foster parents enjoyed each other and a pot-luck dinner.
