The way the raffle typically works is one ticket upon entrance, you can earn an extra raffle ticket by finding a match, and you can buy them from the Raffle Patrolers - make your own deal but $5/half-arm and $10/full-arm (and it doesn't have to be your arm) is a pretty good place to start!
